With nearly 40 years personnel experience in the UK and Guernsey, Wes provides expertise and significant local knowledge to the group in respect of all personnel and HR related matters, including training and development. Wes joined the group in 1989 and he is a member of the Institute of Directors and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
