Iain joined the group in 1995 and was appointed to the Trust Company board in 1997 as director of compliance. Bringing a wealth of experience to the company that was gained both in the UK and offshore, Iain is the MLRO with responsibility for compliance, data protection, international audit and oversight of the company’s KYC and due diligence process. Iain, who qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers and Lybrand (now PwC), is also a member of the Guernsey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants.
