Rick joined in 2004 as Group Operations Director. He has 32 years of fiduciary management, private banking administration, relationship management and 20 years of operational experience from working in the UK, offshore and onshore Europe. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for infrastructure support, product development, strategic business intelligence and middle/back office management. Rick is formally qualified in trust, investment and computing areas, is studying the IRM International Diploma in Risk Management and is a member of the Institute of Directors, The Institute of Financial Services, Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, The Business Continuity Institute and a student member of The Institute of Risk Management.
