Ardel Fund Services Limited was established in Guernsey in 1993 (formerly Bachmann Fund Administration Limited). We are licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 1987.
Ardel Fund Services Limited is a leading independent provider of third party fund administration services in Guernsey. We administer a wide range of investment fund structures – both open and closed‑ended companies, unit trusts and limited partnerships, including entities listed on both the Channel Islands Stock Exchange (“CISX”) and the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange (“AIM”).
Asset classes administered include equities, fixed income, derivatives, fund of funds, emerging markets, property and niche assets such as fine wine.
Services we offer are as follows;
- Company secretarial and registered office
- Accounting and bookkeeping with production of interim/annual accounts
- Compliance ensuring Guernsey company acts in accordance with regulatory requirements as well as provision of MLRO and compliance officer
- Registrar/Transfer Agency
- Fund accounting for calculation of the NAV
- Provision of Guernsey resident directors
- Advice on and project management of fund launches, restructuring projects, mergers and migrations.
