The Ardel Group has grown since 1974 from a small company offering yacht registration and company management services into the diverse business it is today, offering trust, company and fund administration services to a global client base.

Our purpose is to administer effective and thought‑through solutions that fully meet our clients’ needs.

In order to provide our clients with the excellent service they deserve, we look to recruit people who are professional, customer focused and flexible.

We currently employ around 100 staff in the Guernsey office.

We recruit experienced and inexperienced staff and actively recruit between two and three trainees per year.

Our approach to training has gained us accreditation from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), The British Computer Society (BCS), and Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and we are able to offer a full range of training opportunities in‑house and externally.
