Ardel Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited (formerly known as Bachmann Trust Company Limited) established in 1974 is the group’s largest entity. The company offers a comprehensive bespoke service to our clients and via the appropriate fiduciary structuring we can assist with many aspects of Estate Planning, Family Wealth Preservation and Tax Mitigation.

We have made significant investment in both our people – through a comprehensive and ever evolving training strategy – and also in our technology and IT infrastructure – having introduced a number of state of the art systems including workflow and document management. Both elements enable us to provide an exceptional quality service to both our clients and their advisors – something of which all our team is extremely proud.
